Jamb Brush Seal				Weather strip fabricated from black polypropylene filament brush in a mill finish aluminum extrusion. Attaches to side jamb.	Designed to eliminate air infiltration. Recommended for use in wide-open spaces, dusty weather conditions, and with the insulation accessory.
Header Draft Stop (Field Installed)				4" wide, consists of a 1" rigid PVC® strip and 3" flexible TPE section. Attaches to the header.	Designed to seal the top of the door to eliminate air infiltration. Recommended for use in wide-open spaces, dusty weather conditions, and with the insulation accessory.
SpaceGuard Exterior Latch				Cast zinc alloy with black nickel finish. Latch slide has magnetic properties for use with security system switches. Designed to accommodate two padlocks up to 7/16" shank. Accommodates Trac-Rite's optional SpaceGuard Cylinder Lock, which features an easy over-lock system. The cylinder lock does not penetrate the door.	Provides secure exterior locking capabilities to a single entrance.
Interior Lock				12-gauge, zinc-coated steel slide bolt engages a lock strike attached to the side guide. Two locks per door fasten to the bottom assembly and are suitable for padlocking.	Recommended where interior access is needed, for example, counter shutter applications.
SpaceGuard Cylinder Lock				Removable security cylinder features easy over-lock capability and protection from bolt cutters. Each cylinder lock comes with three coded keys.	Provides added security, especially for unfenced areas.
Sill plate				Formed from heavy 20 gauge G90 galvanized steel, the sill plate provides years of protection against wear, standing up to foot and vehicle traffic. Available in sizes from 5’ to 10’ in 1’ increments.	Provides additional protection against water intrusion and wear on the door opening sill. Ideal for structures with wood floors.
Hood				Covers the door nest. Available in Iced White only.	Keeps the door nest clean, protects the mechanisms from weather, and is aesthetically pleasing.
Insulation (Factory Installed)				Double bubble foil reflective insulation with an extra layer of polyurethane coating on the front side for durability.	Helps maintain desired temperature in heated building applications. Header draft stop and jamb brush seals are recommended with insulated doors.
Narrow Jamb Bracket Plates				Dimensions 5" x 5-5/8"	Increases jamb mounting surface width when necessary.
Reverse Rolled Curtain				Finished material faces exterior.	Use when exterior mounting is necessary due to lack of available head room for interior mounting. A hood may be necessary with this option.
Direct-Drive Chain Hoist				9-1/2" outside diameter cast iron pocket wheel with zinc-plated steel chain guide. Mounts on a 1" diameter shaft extension fastened to the door axle. Mounts on either side of the door. Chain keeper provided.	Pulley system offers easy and convenient opening.
4:1 Reduced-Drive Chain Hoist				Uses a chain and a two-sprocket arrangement to make the door much easier to lift. Mounts on a 1" diameter shaft extension fastened to the door axle. Mounts on either side of the door. Chain keeper provided.	When opening large, heavy doors, this chain hoist fits the bill. With one pull, the door opens 1/4 of a revolution. This allows for controlled easy opening. Additionally, this hoist allows tall doors to open completely with little effort.
8:1 Reduced-Drive Chain Hoist				Uses a chain and a two-sprocket arrangement to make the door much easier to lift. Mounts on either side of the door. Chain keeper provided.	When opening large, heavy doors, this chain hoist fits the bill. With one pull, the door opens 1/8 of a revolution. This allows for controlled easy opening. Additionally, this hoist allows tall doors to open completely with little effort.
Medium-Duty Motor Operator				1/2" horsepower, medium-duty operator. Wall mounted, this operator drives a sprocket mounted on the shaft extension connected to the axle.	Offers one-touch opening with several accessory options and has remote control capabilities. Ideal for extended operation (up to 12 cycles per hour).
ZAP Space-Saving Motor Operator				Features a standard, three-button control station with remote option available, soft start and stop, simple axle mount installation, and sensitive obstruction detection for safety.	The compact design provides the convenience and ease of motor operation without the bulk of a traditional motor operator. Only 6 additional inches of side room required!
Space-Saving Motor Operator				Especially designed for continuous sheet curtain doors. Orbiting drive motors are fully housed within the coil of the door. 1/13 HP DC motor. Wall mounted control box standard.	Offers one-touch opening. Ideal for extended operation of large doors.
Shaft Extension Kit				Shaft extensions are designed to fit the axle. Measures 1" in diameter with a 1/4" keyway.	Necessary to install chain hoists or motor operators.
