SUN PRAIRIE, WI — June 4, 2026 — Trac-Rite is pleased to announce that Efrain Fernandez has joined the company as Regional Sales Manager, serving Texas, Louisiana, Oklahoma, New Mexico, and Latin America.
Based in the Houston, Texas area, Fernandez brings several years of experience serving the self-storage industry, along with a strong commitment to building lasting customer relationships and helping clients find practical, effective solutions. He is fluent in both English and Spanish, positioning him to support Trac-Rite customers across a broad and growing region.
Originally from Monterrey, Mexico, Fernandez grew up in the Katy, Texas area and is a graduate of the University of North Texas. He has remained actively involved in the self-storage industry through participation in state and national associations, giving him valuable insight into the needs of facility owners, operators, developers, and industry partners.
